Mummy Pads

Mummy pad solving global

AI-Enhanced Fluid Intelligenceā„¢ Postpartum Pad (PPH), a breakthrough sensing platform that transforms ordinary fabric into a high-resolution liquid measurement system. Using a proprietary hybrid model that combines physics-based exponential saturation curves with embedded micro-AI correction, we deliver industry-leading accuracy in measuring PPH where traditional sensors fail.

Fibril Technology

Inside the sensor, two ultra-thin conductive threads work with a special absorbent layer to detect how much fluid the fabric retains. Instead of relying on a fixed formula, the system uses a dual-model AI approach:

  1. Physics-Based Modeling
  2. A scientific saturation curve estimates how fluid or blood should naturally fill the fabric structure.

  3. AI Residual Learning
  4. A built-in micro-learning engine compares the predicted values to real calibrated measurements, identifies tiny errors, and automatically corrects them over time. The result is a smart sensor that gets more accurate the more it is used, even compensating for variations in fabric, temperature, humidity, and ageing.

BLE Technology

The exponential saturation model is physically motivated for a dielectric that approaches saturation as water fills pores; it generally fits SAP/fabric behavior

Thin-film battery

Thin film rechargeable batteries typically have a lifespan of300 to 500 charge cycles, depending on the battery chemistry and usage environment. Proper usage and maintenance can extend battery life.

Currently we are using 4.2v 28mAh li-on lithium battery and can run for 6 hours without recharging

Android App

The processing controller processes data from the fibril and transmits it to the Fibril App using Bluetooth Low Energy technology.
